How do I Login to my Featurecart Admin?
1. Go to http://yoursitename.com/Store/setup.asp
2. You need to change yoursitename to your own site name
3. Sign in using your User Name and Password that I sent to you entitled: Featurecart Login
How do I Edit my Home Page Text?
1. Login to your Featurecart Admin (see above)
2. Click on the Configuration link on the left hand side menu
3. In the Advanced Setting Box click on 'WYSIWYG Splash - You Create It Splash' page
4. Type in your text and save.
5. IMPORTANT: Please make sure you leave the %FEATURED3W% tag in place, just add your content ABOVE the tag.
How do I Add a Content Page?
1. Login to your Featurecart Admin (see above)
2. Click on the Content Management link on the left hand side menu
3. Click on Content Pages link.
4. Click Add New Page and create your page.
5. You can also edit or delete pages from here.
How do I add a new Category?
1. Login to your Featurecart Admin (see above)
2. Click on the Categories link on the left hand side menu
3. Click on the 'Add' link
4. Fill in the options and save - CLICK HERE for picture instructions.
5. Repeat for all categories.
How do I add a new Product?
1. Login to your Featurecart Admin (see above)
2. Click on the Products link on the left hand side menu
3. Click on the 'Add Product' link
4. Fill in the options and save - CLICK HERE for picture instructions.
5. Repeat for all products.
How do I delete a Product Image?
1. Login to your Featurecart Admin (see above)
2. Under the File & Picture Utilities link click on the Main Listings link. CLICK HERE for picture instructions
3. Here you will be able to view and delete your images.
How do I update Inventory Levels?
1. Login to your Featurecart Admin (see above)
2. Click on the Products link on the left hand side menu
3. Click on the 'Adjust Inventories' link. CLICK HERE for picture instructions.
4. From here you can change the Quantity on Hand - CLICK HERE for picture instructions.
5. Don't forget to Save any changes.
Can I Bulk Update Titles, Shipping Units, Featured Items, Prices or Set up Sale Prices?
You sure can! Your Featurecart admin has a handy little tool for doing all of those.
1. Login to your Featurecart Admin (see above)
2. Click on the Products link on the left hand side menu
3. Click on the 'Edit within a Table' link. CLICK HERE for picture instructions.
4. Choose the Category you need to edit. CLICK HERE for picture instructions.
5. From here you can change the Titles, Shipping Units, Featured Items, Prices or Set up Sales - CLICK HERE for picture instructions.
6. Don't forget to Save any changes.
How do I check my Customer List and Process Orders?
1. Login to your Featurecart Admin (see above)
2. Click on the History link on the left hand side menu.
3. Click on the 'Customer List' link under the LISTINGS heading.
4. You will see your Customers and their details.
5. To view Orders, addresses etc click on 'View Order History' next to the customer. SEE PICTURE
6. Then click on the Details link for Name, shipping address and order summary. SEE PICTURE
How do I keep track of Orders?
1. Login to your Featurecart Admin (see above)
2. Click on the History link on the left hand side menu
3. Click on the 'Order Tracking' link under the LISTINGS heading. SEE PICTURE
4. You can fill in the Date shipped etc for your own reference. SEE PICTURE
How does the Gift Registry Work?
1. Customers can add products to a Gift Registry when browsing your site.
2. The product listing page has 3 buttons: Add to Cart, Wish List and Gift Registry.
3. If they choose to add a product to the Gift Registry, they will be prompted to Sign in or Create a New Account.
4. After they are Logged in, they can fill out the Gift Registry form.
5. To view their Gift Registry your customer simply clicks on the My Gift Registry Link on Left Menu under Account.
6. Here they can view all their Gift Registries. They also have the option of emailing the List to multiple addresses.
7. The recipients of the email click on a link in the email to view the Registry and are given the option to purchase.
8. To view your Customers Gift Registries or Wish Lists, go to your feature cart Admin -> Left Menu -> Wish and Gift Registries. SEE PICTURE
How do I access my site email?
1. If you wish to use your site email feature let me know and I will set it up for you. Then just follow the instructions below. This feature is optional and you may continue to use an already established one.
2. Login to your Site Email using the details I have sent to you in Notepad titled EmailSignin

How do I pay my wahmshoppes account?
1. Go to the wahmshoppes Account Site
2. Sign in using the details I have sent to you in Notepad titled wahmshoppesAccount
3. You will see a 'Make a Payment' Box and a Paypal Button - click the Paypal Button to pay.
